Origins of EAFIC
Family-owned, family-run restaurant that offers catering services
Esther’s Africa Flavor and Catering Sarl (EAFIC) was founded in 2020 by Mr. and Mrs. Amandor Walters. It started as a provision store, with a primary goal to offer the community a unique alternative to overwhelmingly and unnecessarily inflated prices of some provisions in Bamenda while providing a family-oriented shopping experience. They, along with their children, built a business predicated upon providing the utmost level of customer service while offering only the highest quality products to the community.
After about 3 years of successfully running the business, they quickly realized that people often went hungry or relied heavily on imported junk foods. Which was strange in a neighborhood like Nkwen in Bamenda, with a high proportion of small-scale farmers. This realization led to the birth of EAFIC, a restaurant/catering business focused on offering professional, yet affordable, family-style restaurant and catering services to the population.
